P wave - represents atrial depolarization (contraction)
QRS complex - ventricular depolarization
T wave - ventricular repolarization (relaxation)
atrial repolarization is "buried" within the QRS Complex
An ECG is a graphical illustration of the electrical activity of the heart. The waves are identified with letters, and the correct order is P, Q, R, S, T, and sometimes U.

I believe it is the P Wave. A good way to remember is all of the Waves are in alphabetical order. P Wave, Q-R-S Waves and the T Wave
High potassium in cells. hyperkalemia
Wilhelm Einthoven
The wave direction indicated whether the electrical impulse from the heart is going towards or away from the ECG lead that is being studied.
There are no waves in an electrocardiogram. An electrocardiogram (ECG) is performed by putting electrodes on the body and measuring heart activity directly.
the T wave, which indicates ventricular repolarization.
the T wave, which indicates ventricular repolarization
its a flat horizontal line separator....
t wave just appears before the ventricular relaxation
