∙ 14y agoYou didn't mention what brand or model engine you have, but most engines in that horsepower range use a gap of 0.030 inch. You can find many spark plug gap specs by engine model at http://outdoorpowerinfo.com/engine_specs/ .

∙ 9y agoThe spark plug gap for a Craftsman 6.75 lawnmower should be between .030 and .045 inches. The new spark plug should not need to be adjusted as they come preset from the factory.
