"Turd" by itself is probably applicable if not appropriate in less polite conversation, or a conversation by non-adults. A turd generally refers to biological waste material (post digestive solids and liquids) excreted by animals (including humans) on Earth. (Yes, we have no working reference for any other place other than Earth. Work with me here.)

Technically referred to as "feces" or "fecal material", "solid waste" is also a reasonable and polite alternative.
