I believe the cost of the application is $150 at the Municipal Services Building. They will deny your application on the spot. You must then hire an attorney to represent you at the Zoning Board Hearing where you will request a Zoning Variance and then you will be denied again. You may then appeal to the Court of Common Pleas and plead your case before a judge. Good luck!
