Remove the derby cover on the back end of the primary cover. Behind it you will find a spring and nut. Both slide off. Remove the nut behind that. You have to turn the screw inside it to get it out. remove the bolts from the primary cover and pull if off, AFTER you drain the oil. Once you are done, install the cover and put the first nut back on and turn the screw, just until it bottoms and then back out about 1/8 turn. Put the other nut back on and the spring. Put in your oil and install the cover.
The whole end is the cover, under it there wil be a nut. Pry the cover off, loosen the nut and jiggle the arm. Off it comes!
I am not sure this is the trouble, if you remove the cover on the steering wheel there will be a large nut if this nut is tight the splines on the wheel could be bad, might be looking at replacing the column, or the steering wheel. I the nut is loose simple tighten and replace cover.
Remove the plastic cover at the base of the wiper arm, it just snaps off. With the cover removed you will see a 13mm nut, remove the nut and wiggle the arm off.
You first need to loosen the plastic lug nut covers until they are no longer attached to the wheels lug nuts under the cover. After all five plastic lug nut covers are loosened completely from the lug nuts, you can gently pop the cover from the wheel. If the plastic lug nut covers have been damaged so they are not removable, you will need to get some needle nose pliers and basically break off the plastic lug nut covers. (The plastic lug nut covers keep the wheel cover attached to the wheel. The plastic lug nut covers snap into the wheel cover.) And then the game is on----finding replacement plastic lug nut covers and/or wheel covers......speaking from experience!!!
Pop up the plastic cover that fits over the base of the arm to expose a 13mm nut, place the arm where you want it, snug the nut up and replace the cover.
There is a nut under the plastic cover at the base of the arm.
The pastic case on left side of motor. Unscrew nut, remove cover. Unscrew the second nut. You have it.
Remove the plastic cover from the puma handbrake. There is an adjustment nut under the cover that tightens up the brake.
There is a plastic cover that you can pop off that covers the wiper arm at the rotation point. Once you have that cover off you will see a nut. Remove the nut and wiggle the arm to release it.

Remove the plastic lug nut cover with a screwdriver. Use the lug nut key to unlock the one special lug nut per wheel. Usually found in the glove box.
