Once you've received the Crown, go to the Western Keepand speak to Astos. You can now enter a battle with Astos; once he is defeated, you receive the Crystal Eye. Return the Crystal Eye to Matoya, and return the Jolt Tonic to the elves' prince.

∙ 12y agoyou go to the rundown castle above Elfheim and talk to the king in there. then defeat Astos and go to Matoya's cave and give her her eye back. then you bring the potion she gives you to Elfheim and give it to the healer to wake up the prince. the prince gives you the mystic key to unlock magically sealed doors

∙ 12y agoThe crown should be taken to the mysterious king living in the ruined castle north west of the elf kingdom. If you had went to the ruins before going to the Marsh Cave, he would have sent you to find the crown regardless. Once the crown is returned to the king a surprising revelation takes place.
