If you mean how can you solve a problem involving black magick used against you, my answer would be to learn magick. Meditating is a good idea. With a positive attitude. There's no such thing as "black magic," however, if you think you've been cursed, you begin to have a negative attitude. Focus on the things that are good in life; the weather's nice, your favorite song is on the radio, someone complimented you, etc. And be positive to other people; if you're positive, they'll be to you.

The cure for black magic is positive thinking and a strong will is the key to overcome a negative pure based spell/hex that was cast on you but keep in mind that good will always over comes bad most of the time.

Alternatively, merely realizing that magic doesn't actually work should be sufficient. There is no evidence that magic has any actual power to influence the physical universe beyond the belief of people that it does ... a kind of self-hypnosis, if you will, similar to the "placebo effect" in medicine.
