It depends on what kind of urine test they will be doing. An instant test panel has a 50ng cut-off and a lab test (gc/ms) is 15ng.
The cutoff score for the 3P0X0 testing for CMSgt in the year 2011 was 665.66. The USAF WAPS cutoff scores for SMSGT and CMSgt from the years 1997 to 2013 can be viewed online as well.
In the standard cutoff threshold of 50 ng/ml (the standard in most government-required testing programs), THC is found in the urine up to two days after smoking just one cigarette.

It depends on the test. If you're talking about the pre-GC/MS screen, 50 ng/ml is the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMSHA) cutoff so a 48 ng result is just barely negative. On the GC/MS screen, 15 ng/ml is the cutoff. However! 48 ng is so close to 50 ng, I think any lab in the world would call it "within the margin of error" and put the sample through GC/MS testing.
Testing Truths says, "Currently, 50 nanograms of THC metabolites per millimeter of urine defines a "presumptive positive" by NIDA certified labs. These cutoffs are not mandated for all testing facilities. The lab your sample is sent to may use a cutoff level of anywhere from 50Ng/ml to 15Ng/ml for confirmation testing, The fact is, methodology, accuracy and cutoff levels vary from lab to lab. This makes it extremely difficult to take appropriate counter-measures."Source: http://www.passitkit.com/testing1.htm
Possible but it is extra testing and more money (not part of standard urine testing). Standard urine tests use cut off concentration for detection , higher concentration in your urine is "positive " lower than cutoff is "negative ".
Lucin Cutoff was created in 1904.
