Well, if you go to a graveyard/cemetary, you would most likely see a bush with thorns and flowers that are magenta with white in the middle of the flower. DON'T ever pick a Death Flower!! That is because they ARE HIGHLY POISONOUS!! You should ALWAYS WARE GLOVES to TOUCH THE DEATH FLOWER!! They are poisonous by the thorns. If the thorn breaks off, which it SHOULD NOT, there is poisonous pollon in them. Bees won't go near them!

To get the Death flower you have to go to the grave yard. (The best way to do this next step is if you pause your game) Then, using the camera mode, find a bush that looks like a tomato plant, hover over it and click "Harvest". That is how you get the Death flower. Hope it helps.
