This is used differently in different countries. But generally, if a welder is contracted to do say 100 weld joints, of a 1" pipe, then the total work involved is 100" dia welding work. If 100 weld joints of a 2" pipe is 200 weld work and so on.
You multiply the number of welds by the diameter of the pipe that those welds are applicable to.
depending on Head dia of the valve we have to set the Rotation of the valve, Stellite flow and Current
The thickness of the laser welding machine depends on the power of the laser generator inside the Laser Welding Machine, the thickness of the object to be welded. These two points are the most important.
You need more information than that ! You need the density of the material it's made from, and the thickness of the pipe !
depends but i would use a 3-32 rod preferably a 7018 hope that helps
How much cost pipeline welding large dimeters pipes per inch /us$
You multiply the number of welds by the diameter of the pipe that those welds are applicable to.
no differnece
Depends on the thickness of the pipe wall- there will normally be several layers of weld. A 36 inch pipe may require between 4.8 and 6.6 POUNDS of rod, allowing for a stub of rod that cannot be used. Lincoln Welding has a handy guide to pipeline welding you can read on line.
one inch is one inch; one inch dia refers to one inch diameter of a circle; it is still one inch
Inch dia = Number of weld joints X Size of the pipe
The meaning of dia inch is the number of weld joints multiplied by the dia of a given pipe size, since the weld joints is on the 6" pipe, the calculations should be 1 weld x 6" = 6 dia inch.
standard rates of pipe fabrication per inch dia
0.152 meters.
one inch
Its is used in fabrication and installation in EPC project
