I believe that isn't exactly true, because Fluorene or 9H-Fluorene isn't the same as Fluorenol or 9-Hydroxyfluorene(9H-Fluoren-9-ol). I cannot my self find the density of Fluorenol on any websites containing chemical informations, so I cannot help you either.

You run a TLC plate spotted with three compounds naphthalene o-toulic acid and fluorenol. Predict the relative Rf values?

You'd have to know which mobile phase is used before you can make a guess at the Rf values. It might be quite hard to find a decent mobile phase to have all those compounts running, naphtalene and fluorenol are bulky and have low affinity for the polar silica, where as o-toluic acid will stick to the bottom of the plate due the COOH group.

What are types of population density?

arithmetic density, agricultural density, physiological density, urban density, residential density

What is the difference density and relative density?

DENSITY : density is the ratio of mass and volume of the substance density=mass/volume RELATIVE DENSITY : It is the ratio of density of a substance to the density of water

What is the difference of relative density and density?

DENSITY : density is the ratio of mass and volume of the substance density=mass/volume RELATIVE DENSITY : It is the ratio of density of a substance to the density of water

What is the mass of a sample divided by its volume?

Its density. Density is mass per unit volume.

Comparing the density of a liquid to the density of water is?

This is the determination of the specific density (the ratio liquid density/water density).

If the relative density of gold is 19.3 what would be its density?

relative density is related to the density of water. i.e. a relative density of 19.3 means that it has a density 19.3 times the density of water. The density of water is 1g/ml therefore the density of gold is 19.3g/ml

What is the equation for mass volume and density?
