Nitrogen - Nitrogen is an abundant element on and around Earth-approximately 78 percent of the Earth's atmosphere is nitrogen gas (N2). As with all plant nutrients, however, nitrogen must be in specific forms to be utilized by plants. Converting N2 into nitrogen plants can use is called nitrogen fixation. Most often, nitrogen gas is converted into plant available nitrogen by using complex chemical processes or nitrogen-fixing bacteria. Plants absorb nitrogen in the forms of (NO3 -) or ammonium (NH4 +) ions which are both water-soluble. Nitrate ions are absorbed quickly by plant roots, but leach easily. Ammonium ions are attracted to soil particles and move slowly through the soil to plant roots. Commercial fertilizers, both dry and liquid, are available with various combinations of nitrate and ammonium ions, enabling farmers to manage their nitrogen application.
The name after IUPAC is nitrogen trifluoride (in English).

Nitrogen (N2) consists of two Nitrogen atoms.
Nitrogen tribromide
The selective exposure of tissues to extreme cold, often by applying a probe containing liquid nitrogen, to bring about the destruction or elimination of abnormal cells/ cancer.
As a gas - blood and the lungs. As an organic compound - it's the kidneys.
Fertilizer application.

liquid nitrogen
It's when you put down nitrogen (Normally) as a liquid, 28% or 32% nitrogen. This is done with a field cultivator or a center/off-center disk with a injection system to get the liquid nitrogen in the ground.
"destruction of ozone in the upper atmosphere"
Well there are bacteria that us nitrogen and convert it into ammonia and ammonium. For wide us of nitrogen it must also be converted into nitrates and nitrites or NO3- and NO2-, respectively. Infact fertilizers are ammonium and nitrates. For a visual application look at the nitrogen cycle.

Before humans the main path is from Nitrogen fixing bacteria found in the roots of many plants and from lightning creating nitrogen oxides that are then washed down with the rain. In modern times more than half the nitrogen fixed is from the application of artificial fertiisers and from air polution.
I do not know what the Nitrogen Service itself is, but the most common application to operate on port 7725 is Faronics Deep Freeze. It uses this port to talk to the administration console.
