If you want to use less water per flush, you put a brick in the bottom of the tank. You do not want to reduce the height of the water in the tank so much as use less water per flush.
Urinate and/or defecate in it, then flush.

Yes, as long as you seal the drain of the toilet you are removing.
Use a razor blade knife to cut the caulk. It isn't under the toilet, just around the edge.
A working toilet
When visiting someone else's home, it is polite to use the toilet, wash your hands and leave. Don't look through their medicine cabinets and spray as needed.
Ask a grown up or sit on the toilet and let pee or poop come out and then their should be a handle or something and push or pull it, and wash and clean yourself.

Its good because use use a poor country for example. They used pits not flush able devices. And with pits or holes you have too clean it out. with the toilet you can flush and wash your hands and use an airfreshiner which is optional to use really imagine the days before 1800's.

Either the toilet is plugged or the sewer line under the toilet is plugged. At this point I would suggest calling in an expert (plumber) to determine the problem. You have not given enough information to say. Sounds like you do not have enough water pressure coming in to wash the waste away. Check out the holes under the lip of the toilet seat to see if they are blocked, causing you to get an inefficient flush. Our new toilet is much better at flushing with lesser amounts of water.

Typically a handkerchief or a tissue are the items that we use, but toilet paper, a paper towel, or even your hands will do in a pinch... just make sure to wash your hands thoroughly afterward.
