The only major difference (apart from alcohol) is that Muslim festivals are celebrated according to the Islaamic calendar rather than the normal Julian calandar. An Islaamic year is exactly 12 lunar months - about 51 weeks. Islaam also celebrates two festivals where gifts are traditionally exchanged - Eid al Hajj and Eid al Fitr - the latter being the first day of the month of Mukarram, the month after Ramzan and so the first day without fasting - a traditional "family" day.

Christians believe that Jesus is the true Messiah as the Son of God, part of the Holy Trinity together with the Father and Holy Spirit. muslims do not believe.
Christians believe it is wrong to kill except in extreme self defence, Muslims believe it their right to kill with impunity and still go to Paradise.
Muslims believe in the practise of 'thighing' with babies one year old, Christian belief abhors paedophilia as an abomination.
