I grew up Church of Christ (CofC) and am considering converting to the Disciples of Christ. Both churches originated from the 18th century Restoration movement so their general beliefs are the same but how they put them in practice is very different. First the defining practice of the CofC is their rejection of instrumental music during worship. Disciples use instruments, many having full bands. Another difference is the role of women in the church. The CofC believes that women should remain silent during services and should not be allowed to teach classes with male members. The disciples ordain women ministers. The biggest difference is that most CofC's believe that the Chuch of Christ is the one true church, the only church that is going to heaven so they do not fellowship with any other denomination. The disciples openly associate with many other denominations and encourage diversity. Those are the very basic differences. I hope that helps.

What is the difference between Latter Day Saints and Exclusive Brethren?

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the Mormons) has no connection with the Exclusive Brethren or any of the other Brethren churches. Indeed, the United Brethren and others of the Brethren history are particularly anti-Mormon in belief and behavior. If the question is about differences in doctrine, particular beliefs would have to be compared individually. Unfortunately, the antagonism from the Brethren (felt by this author) has made such a point by point comparison next to impossible, although similarities do exist.
