It depends on what you're using it for.

If you want to sell it for money, gold is quite rare, and therefore more valuable. Gold is also more malleable than titanium, so it is better for shaping into a sculpture. However, it would not take much heat to melt that sculpture.

Titanium is harder and lighter than gold. In fact, it has the highest strength-to-weight ratio of any metal, and is therefore ideal for making aircraft and other items that require a great deal of strength but not much weight. To be clear however, titanium, though less expensive than gold, is certainly not cheap. It's fairly common, in various naturally-occurring compounds, but the process of extracting it from the ore into a more-or-less pure form, or even a form that can be alloyed with other metals, is quite costly.

Titanium is a metal and it is one of the most common metals on earth. Titanium has a very high tensile strength and a fantastic strength to weight ratio. Titanium is suitable for jewelry because it is strong enough to hold stones in place. It is usually mixed with aluminum and vanadium to make it a grade 5 strength metal. Titanium rings and Titanium bracelets forged form grade 5 metal cannot be re-sized however. Tungsten is a transition metal and just like titanium is a very strong element. Tungsten has the highest melting point and tensile strength of any metal and is very resistant to corrosion.

How can you tell if the silver is made of titanium?

Not sure if I understand the question. Silver and titanium are two different metals, silver is softer than titanium and melts at a much lower temperature. Also generally titanium is more expensive than silver, so I dont see why anyone would want to "make silver with titanium".
