A Mass can only be said by a priest. A Liturgy of the Word with a communion service can be carried out by a deacon or even a Eucharistic minister with permission of the bishop and pastor. The hosts would have been consecrated by a priest at an earlier Mass. This is now being done in parishes experiencing a shortness of priests.

A Catholic Mass is presided over by a priest and during the Mass the wine and bread are consecrated and become the Body and Blood of Christ, under the forms of bread and wine. They are then distributed to the congregation at communion.

A communion service in the Catholic Church usually takes place in areas that are experiencing a shortage of priests. A deacon or lay Eucharistic Minister holds the service during which the regular Sunday readings are read and communion, previously consecrated by a priest, is distributed. It takes the place of the Sunday obligation to attend Mass.

Most non-Catholics believe the Eucharist is a symbolic remembrance of the Last Supper. Catholics believe that at the consecration of the Mass the bread and wine become the actual body and blood of Christ under the forms of bread and wine.

There really is no way to answer your question as there are numerous Catholic Services: the various Hours of the Breviary, the Stations of the Cross, etc. - none of which are what you are probably thinking about: the usual Sunday morning worship service, which in the Catholic Church is the Most Holy Eucharist, or Mass. And, since Catholic and Christian are the same thing, the answer would be "none" anyway. However, if you are using the word, Christian, to refer to protestants or non-denominationial "churches" the, first of all, you are using the word incorrectly, and secondly, there is still no way to compare them as everyone of them is different from each other. The only thing that you would be able to say is that none of them have the Eucharist, as they do not have a valid priesthood.

Can a Catholic receive eucharist at a non-Catholic service?

Roman Catholic AnswerNo. First of all, there is no "Eucharist" in a Protestant church. The protestants themselves do not even believe this, and they no longer have valid apostolic succession or orders so they have no priests to confect the Eucharist. Second, one would be, by receiving their Holy Communion, expressing unity with an heretical sect which does not believe in the truth as received from Jesus Christ so one would be committing a mortal sin.
