In popular parlance, there isn't one- pregnant women get fat tummies, and that's it.
But if you were to take it to further detail, a 'fat' tummy is usually caused by obesity- the belly is enlarged as a result of cellulite stored around it under the skin, caused either by a high-calorie diet, excessive beer drinking which produces a 'beer gut', or by hormonal imbalance that causes a person to gain weight. Such 'fat tummies' are usually flabby, wobbly and soft, squeezable to the touch and with no muscular or bone structure to support them.
Pregnant bellies, on the other hand, are usually of a much more neatly curved shape, firm, tight and well supported both by the woman's stomach muscles and by the pressure of amniotic fluid within the womb. However big they grow, this characteristic will usually remain for a pregnant stomach. However, pregnant women who are obese anyway may have their pregnant bellies 'eclipsed' by their normal bloated size- the belly will be hidden under a load of fat to start with, making it hard to distinguish where the obesity ends and the pregnant tummy begins!
