It's a judgment call. I think the answer is this: A play is scored as a fielder's choice if, in the official scorer's judgment, the fielder had a clear opportunity to throw the batter/runner out at first, but instead chose to putout another baserunner. So I suppose a batted ball is scored as a force out if the fielder has no realistic chance (in the scorer's eyes) to get the batter/runner out at first and his only choice is to tag another runner or throw to another base.
No. This would be a fielders choice and would not count as a hit for the batter.
The difference between and input force and an output force is that an output force is force exerted by a machine, and an input force is force exerted on a machine.
what is the difference between a Strike Team and a Task Force
by the negative force and the positive force
Yes Any event after a player appears at the plate -- even being hit by the pitcher on the first pitch -- is counted as a plate appearance.
The difference between potential difference and electro motive force is that potential difference never remains constant whereas the electro motive force always stays constant.
what is the difference between thrust and pressure?
electrostatic force is the force between the two opposite charges where as the electromagnetic force is movement of electrons
well its quite easy
Because the r not the same
electric potential is potential difference between two points in closed circuit. but electromotive force is potential difference in any open circuit.
The difference is in the direction of the force.
