Goth= a fan of Goth Music like the cure, siouxsie and the banshees, killing joke, cradle of filth, the misfits, Samhain, type o negative, 45 grave, etc. not all wear black and dark colors or studs or stuff
Scene= Someone who has a crazy hair fringe, tight jeans or drainpipes, neon colored clothes anst shades, Baseball caps, gauges and stuff and might like family force 5, brokencyde, owl city, dot dot curve, breathe Carolina, I see stars, etc and also might have an energetic attitude and open-mindedness
emo= A fan of emo music, especially one who likes to express emotions. Not all but they often have a hair fringe (it can be dyed black), band shirts, tight jeans, s white studded belts and sometimes a mouth stud. Emo music is stuff like My Chemical romance, Paramore, jimmy eat world, rites of spring, the hated, i would set my friends on fire for you, I hate myself, the used, senses fail, dashboard confessional, american football, Thursday, embrace, sunny day real estate, saddest landscape, Silverstein, fallout boy, red jumpsuit apparatus, etc

Why do they call goth emo?
So many people dont understand the difference between emo, goth, and scene which can be blamed on the stupidity of others. To sum it up in a few words here is their descriptions. Emo - depressed or emotionally deprived Goth - hateful or god hating Scene - the visual things such as guys wearing makeup, eyeliner, and wigs. Usually there personalities arent changed much because of it they just like the way it looks.
