These shampoos are formulated to kill different insects, and to be safe for very different species. Lice shampoos are formulated to be safe for use on humans.

∙ 11y agoFleas have a very hard, black exoskeleton. They can also jump very far. They prefer to live on animals.
Lice are lighter in color, a little harder to see, can't jump and prefer to live on human hair.
