Nuns generally live a more, monastic contemplative life. Sisters are generally more involved in the world, serving in schools, hospitals, etc. Both are properly addressed as "Sister." For more information, see the link below:

There is a major difference. Priests are ordained and are able to administer all the sacraments and offer Mass. A nun has no more power than a layperson when it comes to conferring sacraments.

A nun is a religious that spends her entire life devoted to God. She never leaves her convent and completley devotes her time to cleaning, praying, and conversing. A monk is a male version except he is much more silent.
