Sports bra gives more support than a normal bra. It is designed in a way to give more support from the bottom and prevents too much movement and prevents your breast from being saggy. Ordinary bra just gives a minimum amount of support, under-wired Bras give a little more support. It can have a negative impact on your health if you do heavy exercises in ordinary bra especially if you have a bigger size. If you run or jump in an ordinary bra, your breasts would bounce a lot and cause you pain. Sports bras would be giving an extra coverage, they would be definitely well covered on the sides of your breast and will hide the side bulge. Ordinary bras also have cups, but they are less comfortable for your workout session.
