Glands only deal with secretions esp hormones. They have no other functions like pituitary gland only secretes hormones. But there are glands which have other functionslike pancreas secretes insulin but it also secretes pancreatic enzymes hence it is also called an organ usually these are referred as "vital organ" . A person can survive without a gland like sweat gland but not without an organ.

Organs have many functions that is important for survival. Like stomach one of its function is to secrete enzymes to help in digestion but food is churned by the stomach through muscular contractions of the wall - reducing the volume of the fundus, before looping around the fundus and the body of stomach as the boluses are converted into chyme (partially-digested food).Without Stomach an individual cannot survive.

Organelles are within the cell. They perform functions within the cell, such as synthesizing cell products, hydrolyzing macromolecules, performing cellular respiration, etc.

An organ is made up of tissues, or groups of specialized cells. Organs work together to form organ systems such as the respiratory system, circulatory system, endocrine system, etc.

Basically, organelles perform functions within the cell while organs perfom functions for the body as a whole.
