Apathy: Find something you really care about and get more involved with it. Agitation: Find out what is annoying you and avoid it, then find out what calms you (a nice relaxing cup of tea or a milkshake, some of your favourite music or TV programme, etc.) and do that more often. Therapy or a good hloiday may help as well, especially if has been some time your last trip away.
