I'd have to say that ATTITUDE has more to do with information already obtained by experience in our daily dealings, things we see, hear, touch and even taste that has formulated over a given length of time that together forms our ATTITUDE about how we think & deal with everyday things and of course life itself.

Now INTEREST, which also is usually based on someinformation we may already have, things we often like more than others and things we perhaps would like to know /experience more of in order to, lets say...satisfy an INTEREST.
