I don't think that double bed is equal to a full-size bed because in most cases the minimum size of a double bed is 135 x 190cm and for a full-size bed, it's 150 x 200cm which is larger than the size of a double bed.
nothing.
No - a Full bed is 54" wide and a Queen is 60" wide, the difference between them is only 6". In addition, twin and full beds are both 75" long, but a Queen is 80" long. HTH.
There are four types of beds. They come in twin, double or full, queen and king sizes.
