Tractors depending if you have a mower or a rake etc on the back are much more dangerous if you go from a working standpoint it could flip causing you to have to do an emergency shut off of the engine driving a car from a safety standpoint is much more dangerous because the world is full of idiots who wake up and take their stupidity pills in the morning and go driving
