I'm not sure but I think epithelium is a tissue and epithelial is a cell
Epithelium (Lol, Mr. Post's class?)
Saquamous cells are flat cells. Single cell layer of these squamous cells is called saqumous cell epithelium. The stratified epithelium means formed of layers [strata] of cells which may or may not be squamous cells. The functions of these layers are different.
all epithelial tissue is avascular
psuedostratified ciliated columnar epithelial cells and goblet cells
They are called epithelial tissues. In air passage stratified epithelium is found
epithelium or epithelial cells
Esophagus is mucosal epithelium, which is made up of columnar epithelial cells, and undermined by smooth muscle.
epithelial tissue
Stratified Squamous Epithelium
epithelioma
If epithelial cells are more than one layer thick, it is considered stratified epithelial tissue.
yes
Epithelial tissue lines all of the body's organs.
This is true with all the epithelial tissue. You have different type of epithelium on your palm and sole. You have different type of epithelium in your nose than trachea and bronchial tree. You have different type of epithelium across the GI tract.

glandular epithelium are specialized for secretion. lining epithelium simply line organs like the stomach.
stratified squamous epithelial and simple cuboidal epethilium.
