Facts are the solid, verifiable information used to draw a conclusion, the conclusion being a big picture analysis of the consequences, trends and projected future consequences of the facts as they stand. For example: (These are false facts for illustration purposes) Research shows that job seekers in the 22-29 age group were employed four times as often as the same aged job seekers without a degree; job seekers with a bachelor's degree and no experience in the 30-39 age group were employed 2 times as often as others from the same group with or without experience but with a bachelor's degree; but after the age of 40, a lack of professional experience cannot be mitigated by the presence of a bachelor's degree. Conclusion: A bachelor's degree is a benefit to finding career oppotunities at most stages of life, but after 40, even a bachelor's degree does not mitigate discriminatory practices in the workplace.
Fact is the thing ican't change it and explain itself as parent relation such that (Ahmed is parent of Ali). this statement explain itself and never changed. But rule is more generic as i used it to proved lot of things using facts such that grandparent relation i can prove this relation by using fact parent as Ahmed parent of Ali and Ali parent of ayah then Ahmed is the grandparent of ayah and so on.

Facts are certain. Information may not be right
difference between abstract and conclusion
Your conclusion is in your question.
A fact left out of an argument.
"Jumping to a conclusion" is not knowing all the facts and forming a conclusion. Drawing a conclusion is learning all the facts to make a conclusion if it is correct or not.
Results is the information that came out of an expirement or a test. A conclusion would be what you infered from the results, like a result of a test is an A+, your conclusion would be, that person is smart.
A fact that no one is expected to derive any conclusion out of it or start an argument based on that.
A hypothesis is the idea of what the conclusion will be of your experiment.
difference between tally & fact ?
Because a conclusion indicates that it is no longer a theory, but a proven fact. A theory is an unproven hypothesis.
It's usually a statement that shows that your aim of the experiment has been achieved and that you have justified a fact. This justified fact is the conclusion. For example; if the aim of your experiment is 'To study whether plants need sunlight to sustain life', your conclusion would most likely, and by in fact, be 'Plants need sunlight to sustain life.'
