Well you see ramadan is the time when you do it like if you ask if why is Christmas the right time to celebrate christmas ? Because its the right time when idk it was jesus's birthday people exclaim . But thoe if you do miss a day and you couldnt you would have to do it again any other time but you need to fast it . But if you are on your period then thats something else you dont need to fast when you are on your period !
