The difference between good and correct, is that correct means when you have answered something right, or when you are doing the right thing; In the other hand good doesn't simply mean doing something right, you could be good at certain things or just when you are doing a good job on something can be referenced as good. So basically you use correct when you can answer something right and good can be used probably for anything you would like.
