a hallucination is when you see, hear, smell, taste, or feel something that isn't there with the compelling feeling or thought that it is real.
a pseudohallucination is an image vivid enough to be a hallucination but recognized as unreal.
A delusion is something you believe, a hallucination is something you percieve.
For example, it would be a delusion to think that your teddy bear is alive.
It would be a hallucination to see the teddy bear crawl up onto your bed and start talking to you.
i think delusions are your having wrong ideas about the situation, while not necessarily seeing anything, while hallucinations are non-existent sensory perceptions
"What is the difference between a delusion and a hallucination"
i think that a delution is you think you are god
a hallucination is that you saw yourself being a god
both personalities are not healthy
it leads to mental disorder
it is not curable -- but it could be maintain by prescribed drugs
such delutions samples ie
i think i will turn the water into wine now
a hallucinations input is that you saw somebody pouring Fiji is a glass
you think that did it
thank you so much
enjoy

A hallucination is seeing something that isn't there. Being paranoid is afraid of small things and being worried something is going to happen. Extreme paranoia can sometimes lead to hallucinations but they are separate things.
You ask someone if they can see or hear the same things you can. If they can't it's a hallucination.
Paranoid schizophrenics are the type that have either a delusion or hallucination.
Paranoid schizophrenia is when there is a presence of a delusion, a false belief, and possibly a hallucination that fuels that delusion. Types of delusion include delusional jealousy, erotomanic delusion, persecutory delusion, grandiose, and somatic delusion.
Schizophrenia has symptoms that would not be seen in Paranoid Personality Disorder. While PPD have delusions of persecution, they generally do not have hallucinations of an audio, or visual nature.
An Illusion is anything which is perceived, but is not real. There is no functional difference between illusions and hallucination, but hallucinations are generated by the brain, while illusions are created by people.
We are talking about three separate feelings. When a person smells, tastes, feels, hears, or otherwise senses something that does not exist it is called a hallucination. Delusions are false understandings about what is going on in the present. A paranoid delusion, on the other hand, involves someone believing something of a persecutory nature that is not true.
