All trailer homes are mobile homes, but not all mobile homes are trailer homes. Normally trailer homes can be towed all in one piece, while mobile homes, especially double-wides, must be towed in two pieces (normally two halves).
Ans 2 - Normally, a trailer home just needs to hitch to the truck and away you go. A mobile will need to be jacked up, have wheels and often axles and tow bar installed, and septic drain, electricity and water supply all disconnected.
The one difference between trailer and trailor is that trailor is not even a word. However, trailer is. A trailer is what you would call a mobile home.
The difference between a house and a mobile home is that a house is a free-standing, single family residence while a mobile home is the one on a trailer, always "on the go".

A trailer home is quite similar to a mobile home. The main difference is that the trailer home is usually bigger and is a static caravan which stays in one place and has attached power and light.

There are many different types of advantages in owning a trailer home. The price difference between a trailer home and a house is much cheaper. If you ever want to move, you can bring your home with you.

I believe Modular Homes are built in sections while a mobile home is one piece. Mobile homes probably move more easily. Modular Home = Factory-built housing with onsite assembly and some onsite construction that is built to meet state and local codes and does not have a chassis. Mobile Home = Trailer or trailer-like dwelling unit (has a chassis and removable wheels) manufactured in a factory and designed to be transported to a site and semipermanently attached. The preferred industry term is manufactured housing.
A motor home is a large vehicle built as a travelling home. Some are even conversions from a bus. They are not meant to be a static home, although sometimes used as that. - A mobile home is a home built in a shop on a heavy trailer frame, then pulled to a pad and jacked up with wheels off, set on concrete blocks. They have no motive power.
That's exactly what a mobile home is - a manufactured home on a heavy trailer style frame.
