The difference between the photometer and the spectrometer is a matter of complexity. Both are used to measure color absorbency quantitatively, but photometers are much simpler in design, having fewer parts, and as such are less expensive and easier to obtain. They're usually not quite as detailed in results as a spectrometer, however.

it just is chameleons!
spectometer is an instrument wnich measures the light passes through a prism
A spectrometer measures properties of light of a specific part of the wavelength. It is often used to measure the intensity of a light.
Spectrometer
A photometer would measure the intensity of light, and a spectrometer would determine which frequencies are present.

Aston got photos on the plate. Dempster's plate was connected with electrometer and he meashured the ion current die to V (voltage the ion had passed)
no, the mass spectrometer.
Photometer is an equipment commonly used on a clinical laboratory. It has different kinds which can do certain jobs like testing blood samples. The examples of photometer used in a clinical laboratory are the flame photometer and Hemoglobin Photometer.
A colorimeter is a scientific instrument that measures the intensity of light passing through a pure sample. In biology, colorimeters are used to monitor the growth of cultures. As the culture grows, the growing medium becomes more cloudy and absorbs more light.
what are the principles behind LF Photometer
The flame photometer
unit of photometer
A spectrometer shoots light through a sample and detects absorbance while a fluorimeter detects the intensity of fluorescence of a given sample.
