The difference is that, in primary school, u actually have 4 to 5 subjects only.In secondary school(lower sec),u have double the subjects,9 or 10.CCA in secondary schools is actually compulsory

Primary : prevent disease or condition from happening by controlling casual factors

e.g. Obesity -> smoking, physical inactivity, poor diet qaulity

Secondary : treat disease and prevent re occurance OR slow its progression

CVD -> change diet, increase medication, prescribe exercise, undergo surgury

For Primary health care you dont get as much advantages however with secondary care you get better serivce and more advantages.
