the circulation is divided into 2 circulations

1st is pulmonary circulation in which what happens is that when the pulmonary artery caring impure blood to the lungs for purification and the pure blood (oxygenated) in brought back from lungs to heart through pumonary vien, this is pulmonary circulation

2nd systematic circulation

in this what happens is that the pure blood from the left ventricle is forced to all other part of the body through aorta to all the cells and tissues, after the diffusion in which stuffs are interchanged( carbon dioxide and glucose and oxygen) it is brought back to the heart through inferior or superior vena cava, this is systemic circulation

Finally, the coronary circulation is the circulation of blood that feeds the heart itself, since it does not receive any oxygen from the systemic or pulmonary circulations.

What are the three major circuits of blood flow?

Pulmonary circulation (between the heart and lungs) Systematic circulation (between the heart and the rest of the body) Coronary circulation (the heart's own blood supply/supply to cardiac tissue)

Describe coronary circulation?

Coronary circulation is the circulation of blood in the blood vessels that supply blood to and from the heart muscle. It's the movement of blood through the tissues of the heart.Coronary circulation is the blood that flows to feed the heart.

What is the importance of the coronary circulation?

Coronary circulation is the circulation of blood in the blood vessels of the heart muscle (the myocardium). The vessels that deliver oxygen-rich blood to the myocardium are known as coronary arteries. The vessels that remove the deoxygenated blood from the heart muscle are known as coronary veins.

Is the systemic circulation lyphatic circulation coronary circulation or pulmonary circulation the largest?

Think about it logically. The Coronary ciculation only goes arount the heart, a fairly small part of the body. The pulmonary only goes around the lungs, again a relatively small percentage of the body. The general systemic circulation has to reeach every where in the body and get back again, that means the whole body making this the biggest. The lymphatic circulation, while it does have to come from everywhere in the body it only has to carry fluid back in one direction and so is only half the size of the general systemic circulation.

What happens when coronary circulation is prevented in humans?

When coronary circulation is prevented in humans the result is a heart attack. The function of the coronary circulation is to nourish tissues of the heart.

What are the functions of systematic coronary and pulmonary circulation?

Coronary circulation is the circulation in veins and arteries that lead to your heart and give it nutrients. Pulmonary circulation is when the heart pumps oxygen poor blood into the lungs to be filled with nutrients from oxygen. Systematic circulation is the heart pumping oxygen rich blood from the lungs and to the rest of the body, then back to the heart to repeat the process.

What are the different kind of blood circulation?

Pulmonary circulation - between the heart and the lungs Systematic circulation - between the heart and the rest of the body Coronary circulation - the heart itself

Is coronary and systemic circulation the same?

no coronary circulation is the part of systematic circulation.

What are the three kinds of blood circulation?

Pulmonary circulation = between the heart and the lungs Coronary circulation = the heart tissue's own blood supply Systematic circulation = between the heart and the rest of the body

What are the 3 kinds of circulation?

systenic circulation,pulmonary and coronary

What is the difference of pulmonary circulationcoronary circulation and systemic circulation?

Coronary circulation is a sub-set of systemic circulation, it just supplies the heart. Pulmonary circulation is mecanically the same as systemic, but the blood enters as deoxigenated, and the pressures are much lower.

What are the 4 blood circulation?

What is the difference between pulmonary system and coronary system?

Coronary or cardio is blood flow. Pulmonary or respiratory is breathing.

What are the three kinds of circulation found in the human body?
