Methodists generally have a more structured worship service and believe in the possibility of falling from grace, while Baptists emphasize the autonomy of the local church and believe in believers' baptism. Methodists also employ a connectional system of governance, meaning local churches are connected to regional conferences, while Baptists typically have more congregational autonomy.
I was raised Mormon I have attended Baptist church many years. In the last year I have been attending the First Church of the Nazarene. I trusted Christ as my savior many years ago. I do see some differences between Baptist and Nazarene. I believe Christ is my savior, and once saved always saved. So far, I don't see a strong difference between Christian and Methodist.
Northern culture in the United States is generally seen as more fast-paced, individualistic, and diverse, with an emphasis on efficiency and advancement. Southern culture, on the other hand, is often viewed as more traditional, community-oriented, and laid-back, with a focus on hospitality and family values. Additionally, Southern culture is known for its distinct cuisine, music, and dialects that have been influenced by historic cultural traditions.
Religion is a set of beliefs and practices related to the existence of a higher power or powers, while a denomination is a subgroup within a religion that shares specific beliefs, traditions, and practices. In other words, religion is the overarching belief system, while a denomination is a more specific branch or group within that belief system.

A Christian is a person who believes in Jesus and is a philosophy, but not a religion. A Baptist is a part of the Christian belief and is a particular religion in Christianity. Christianity IS a religion. Christianity has many different Christians though. There are Baptists, Anglicans (high and low), Presbyterians etc. And though they all believe the basics and agree on them, they have many different beliefs as well, which arent as important to agree on.
There is not a difference, all Gods children are holy no matter what the denomination!
