What is the difference between the Street Address field and the Alternate Shipping Address?

The Street Address field is where the person or company is located. If you want to visit them or send them mail then this is the address to use.
Alternate Shipping Address is for the delivery of goods.
If you have a head office and a warehouse, you want the goods delivered to your warehouse but invoices delivered to your head office. Therefore you need two addresses.
Another case is if you are buying something as a gift for somebody else. You want the item purchased to go to one location but the paperwork to another location.
