Angle of deviation closer to the nucleus is greater that father from nucleus.

These deviations are caused by repulsion of like charges, that is the proton and the alpha particle.

Most of the alpha particles pass through, not deviated by large angles, and few rebound back.

What are the spaces between particles of Solid Liquid and Gas?

The spaces between particles in a solid are very close together, forming a closely packed arrangement. In a liquid, the particles are closer together than in a gas but still have some space between them. In a gas, the particles are much farther apart and have large spaces between them.

The phase when the particles are most closely packed together is the solid form. liquid is farther apart, and gases are even farther.

What happens molecularly when a substance goes through a phases to get from a solid to a gas?

The particle theory states that all particles are made of matter, these particles are in constant motion and there is a force of attraction between these particles. Solids have more closely packed particles and thse particles get looser as they progress through the states from liquid to gas. Therefore, moleculary, the molecules move faster and faster and appear farther and farther away from each other.

What does gases low densities show about the distance between gas particles?

A low-density gas would have molecules that are farther apart and fewer in numbers per unit volume.
