Many differences could be pointed to. The one that stands out for me is that The Bible requires no correction or alteration. People allege all kinds of errors in the Bible, but under close scrutiny they turn out to be either a mis-understanding or mis-quotaion. In contrast, works of purely human origin can be in error. There are miles of shelves in libraries where scientific facts previously thought to be correct have been shown to be in error. The Bible accurately describes the human condition, warts and all ,as well as the way to get things right and restored again.

They are both both in the Wisdom Genre, and often placed in a separate section in some Bibles called "The Apocrypha"

Wisdom is otherwise known as the Wisdom of Solomon, and is a tight treatise against Idolatry as opposed to the worship of the God of Israel.

Sirach, is a larger book, and doesn't have a coherent structure, but is a collections of wise sayings. It feels like Proverbs on steroids. The prologue of the books explains that it is a collection of class notes from a renowned Old Testament Rabbi known as Sirach bar-Jesus. The book itself goes by a couple names depending on the translation--The Wisdom of Sirach and Ecclesiasticus (the church's book).
