What is the difference between the tourist destinations and regions?

A Place of Tourist Attraction is

(A) A Heritage place having old Architectural marvels representing those times., (B)holds some significant History of the place

(C) is recorded in several books all over the World as a Place of Tourist attraction and

(D) is essentially the Government property under legal protection of the Arhcaeologgical Survey Dept and

(E) the availabilty of facilties to the visiting Tourists there is administratively provided by the Tourism Dev,, Corpn or Depy of the State on payment of appropriate User Charges.

Whereas the Resort is nothing but an artificially created place without any History and without mention anywhere as a Place of Tourist interest for spending vacations , with all the Facilities usually provided , within the overall premises , by a rich Baron or a looting Tourist Dept. of modern day unscrupulous Governments.
