rural is out of town with some land around each mouse. urban is a lot of houses stuck together in a smaller area a subdivision out of town.

There will be more people and services (like water, sewer and libraries) in the town. By "out of town" I assume you mean out in the country, so there you would find more wildlife, trees and room to roam. If you mean something else by "out of town" you better re-do your question.
