Vegan is a person who only eats vegetable matter and nuts (anything that comes from a plant) although vegetables can be grown organically, meat (pigs, sheep and chickens etc) can also be organically reared - so vegans only eat vegetables and pulses they do NOT eat organic meats, butters cheese, eggs or anything else that comes from an animal
