The most obvious difference is that, in Argentina, people use a derivative of the plural verbal form of the second person referring to a singular person.
For example:
In Argentina "Sos preciosa" (saying "You are beautiful" to a girl)
In Spain "Eres preciosa" (the same in singular form)
Other differences have to do with vocabulary.
Argentina "work" : laburar - Spain: trabajar
Argentina "car": carro - Spain: coche
