Iran never manufactured the AK-47. The AK-47 uses a milled receiver, and the Soviet Union adopted the modernised AKM with a stamped receiver in 1959. The rifle manufactured in Iran is reverse engineered from the Chinese Type 56 rifle, which is the Chinese AK variant. Standards of manufacture and designs fluctuated by factory with the Chinese, and it's a bit uncertain which Chinese manufactured model was used as the basis of the Iranian rifles, whereas Soviet/Russian standards of build were pretty consistent throughout. The Iranians added the sight mount on the side, which is common to Soviet/Russian AK rifles, but is not found on Chinese rifles.
As for who makes the highest quality AK rifles, it's generally agreed that the Finnish Rk.62, Rk.62/76, and Rk.95 variants are the very best of them, and there are a fair number of people to be found who would rate the M70 (former Yugoslavia) as best or at least second best.

The AK 47 was made in many communist countries including Russia, Poland, Bulgaria, China etc, etc. It should say on the weapon where it was made. It was designed by a man named Kalashnikov, a young russian, in 1944, but was not mass made and used until 1947 in Russia. Fact. it is named AK47 because, A = Automat (Automatic in Russian) K = Kalashnikov (The Designer) 47 = 1947 was the first year it was used on mass scale by the Russian Army.
Sparta used rayguns while athens used ak47's and everyone knows rayguns are more powerful ten ak47's
Kalashnikov does not make airsoft guns, he designed the firearm they are based off of. the 'k' in "AK47" is for Kalasnikov.
