The differences are many. Bacterial cells are 1) prokaryotic; 2) do not have a nucleus; 3) chromosomal DNA is ribbon shaped and loose in the cytoplasm; 4) bacterial cells have cell walls; 5) bacteria do not have organelles and 6) they reproduce by binary fission

Animal cells: 1) are eukaryotic; 2) have a well defined nucleus which holds chromosomal DNA; 3) have many organelles; 4) do not have cell walls;5) somatic cells reproduce by mitosis and 6) gametes are produced by meiosis.

* Animal cells have membrane-bound organelles. Bacteria cells do not

* Animal cells have DNA stored in a form of chromosomes. Bacteria cells have DNA stored in a form of circular rings called plasmids.

* Animal cells are eukaryotic. Bacteria cells are prokaryotic
1. Bacteria have a cell wall

2. Bacteria have plasmids

3. Bacteria have no defined nucleus an animal cell does 4. bacteria have 60s type ribosomes whereas animals have 70s type.

(not sure if its 60 or 70 sorry)

A bacterial cell is prokaryotic, which means that it does not have a membrane bounded nucleus. The nuclear material, the chromosomes and nuclear cytoplasm, float freely throught the cell. A eukaryotic cell has a membrane bounded nucleus and the chromosomes and nuclear cytoplasm is protected because of the nuclear envolope and the nuclear membrane.

A bacterial cell does not have membrane bound organelles like the nucleus, mitochondria, Golgi apparatus, endoplasmic reticulum, and others while a eukaryotic cell does.

Well bacteria are prokaryotic cells, and animal cells are eukaryotic cells. The major difference between eukaryotic and prokaryotic cells is that prokaryotic cells have no nucleus. Eukaryotic cells tend to be more complex and have more organelles (cellular components) than prokaryotes.

What is the difference between plant and animal and bacterial cells?

Plant and animal cells are eukaryotic and bacteria are prokaryotic

What is a difference between a typical animal cell and a bacterial cell?

The main difference between an animal cell and a bacterial cell is that a bacterial cell contains a plasmid, a ring of DNA, opposed to the chromosomes that animal cells possess. There are other differences, such as size (bacterial cells are many times smaller) and whether or not they contain membrane bound organelles, which bacteria do not. Bacteria cells have also flagella/flagellum that an animal cells (except spermatozoa or sperm cells) does not, a "tail" strand that extends out of the cell to propel it forward.

Is the cell wall a plant are animal cell?

The cell wall is in the plant cell. It is a significant difference between plant and animal cells. It is found in the Monera Kingdom in bacterial and fungal lifeforms, which is neither plant or animal.

What are some things that bacteria cells different from animal cells?

The main difference is that bacterial DNA is not enclosed inside of a membrane-bound nucleus but instead resides inside the bacterial cytoplasm.

Out of bacterial cells animal cells and plant cells which contain DNA?

Bacterial cells, animal cells, and plant cells all have DNA. DNA contains information for the cell on how to perform tasks. In plant and animal cells, DNA is contained in a nucleus, unlike bacterial cells where DNA is contained in a nucleoid.Hope this helped

What is the differenc e of a animal cell from a plant and bacterial cell?

The difference between animal cells, plant cells, and bacteria is quite simple. Animal and plant cells have a nucleus, bacterial cells don't. Bacteria and plant cells both have cell walls, but animal cells don't. And plant cells are the only ones that have chloroplasts.

How do plant animal and bacterial compare in size?

The cells of plants and animals are extensively larger than the cells of bacteria. Animal cells average about 10 to 30 micrometers, plant cells between 10 and 100 micrometers while bacterial cells are 2 micrometers.
