Take I-5 SOUTH all the way down, thru Oregon, to the border x-ing into Mexico via I-405 SOUTH (EXIT 158 off I-5 in California) to bypass LOS ANGELES and I-805 (EXIT 32 off I-5 in CALIFORNIA) to bypass San Diego. You will be crossing from San Ysidro (San Diego), California, U.S.A. into TIJUANA, BAJA CALIFORNIA, MEXICO.
