It may not be nationwide, but at least in some stores non-slip shoes are a must, as well as apron, hat, name tag, and sometimes chef's coat. No tank tops or short shorts (no shirts that expose your armpits) and obviously nothing offensive or promiscuous. Tattoos and piercings are fine, although no one there has anything more extreme than a nose or septum piercing anyways. However, it does differ from store to store.
