Sharp's ER-A440 is very easy to program.
The hardiest university to get into in Ontario depends on the program. For example for Engineering U of T would be the hardest since that are good for math and science, however it is easy to get into their life science program all you need is a 70. Also U of t does not really care that much about their Art programs so that is really easy tp get into. The easiest overall would be York, if you hold a fork you can get into York. The thing that York is hard to get into is business and Law other than that any program at York if it is English or science is easy to get into. To recap depending on the program you want to do U of T is the hardest York is the easiest.
Madison is rated 17th overall and 2nd for nuclear engineering (national engineering rankings). Depends what you are looking to do. I couldn't find Platteville on the ranking site, and it went out to 100+ schools.
You can as long as you meet the entrance requirements particular to that program.
